My name is William Sandoval, and I serve as the MS4 Permit Coordinator for the City of Pueblo. I have dedicated over ten years to public service in the Pueblo community, beginning my career as a Wastewater Utility Worker. Through hard work and perseverance, I have taken on roles with increasing responsibility, ultimately leading me to my current position. I take great pride in ensuring our water remains clean and in being an environmental steward for my community. In 2011, I graduated from Texas Christian University (Go Horned Frogs!) with a Bachelor's degree in Religion and was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves through their ROTC program.
