The legislative committee has sent a letter of comments/concerns to Speaker McCluskie regarding the draft CDPHE outline for a dredge and fill permit program run by the Water Quality Division. This draft (not yet a bill) is in contrast to the SB24-127 which would set up a permitting program for those activities under the Department of Natural Resources.
